Here are a few examples of the types of positions in our company.
Account Support Representative
This position supports our outside sales team and is responsible for customer calls/emails, addressing issues regarding orders and order entry.The ASR assists customers with pricing, inventory, and status updates on all available items.The position may be located in Lanham, MD, Richmond, VA, Denver, CO or remotely.
Field Service Technician
This position is responsible for expediting, insuring, and providing accurate, timely and professional technical service to all customers in a specific area. This individual will maintain proper training, certification, skills, professional and polite workplace etiquette, problem solving aptitude and will perform technical service on-site or in the repair shop, per Safeware, Inc., manufacturer and customer requirements and regulations. Individuals may receive on-the-job apprentice training or may already be skilled and certified for the position.
Outside Sales Representative
This position manages a territory of Safeware customers and potential customers to profitably grow sales in that territory.This position is a remote position located throughout the United States.
Warehouse Clerk
This position is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping, and receiving, unloading, and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, and keeping warehouse stocked with essential product.This position is typically located in Columbia, MD and occasionally a position may also be located in Richmond, VA or Denver, CO.
